Warm-up Routine

This routine should be used before any harder workout or race. If you have time, we recommend taking several of these exercises and doing them before the start of every run! It will help you feel better and active your major muscle groups.


Core Set One & Two

Both of these routines are to work on your primary core muscles used while running. While they may lack push-ups they don’t lack in a good burn! Remember though, the goal is to the exercises the correct way not as fast as possible.


Stretching Routine

Taking less than 10 minutes two-three times a week will make a big difference on hwo you feel on a day to day basis.
