Speed, then distance

I would like my 5k time to be competitive with anyone 40 and up

Going to the movies or eating out.

I made a decision to be more active. I set a goal to be able to run 5k even tho I was not able to run even 1 minute when I started.

I love to run the Fort Macon trails on the beach. Lots of sand dunes and flats. The view is beautiful and is 3.2 miles around.

My Sunday long run is my favorite.
